All items purchased from our online store comes with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only. We offer a repair or replacement only where the item is deemed by our jewellers to be faulty.
The warranty does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear which includes scratching, tarnishing or fading.

In the event your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and include your name, order number, photo and description of the damaged goods.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer store credit, or replace the item or repair it where possible. Repairs can take between 4-6 weeks.
We do not accept returns from items purchased from our stockists.
Repairs requested after the 6 month warranty period will incur repair fees of $50 and postage fees of $10. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.
