RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're happy to offer Refund or Store Credit or Exchange for eligible items.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT:
To qualify, please ensure that:
- Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging (including tags and boxes) is included
- Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Gift Cards
Afterpay purchases are only eligible for return for credit, not refund
Sale items are eligible for store credit only
COST OF RETURN
Flat Rate Fee of $10 for all domestic online returns within Australia
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty

Please note that:
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded on return orders; only the cost of actual items returned will be refunded.
- We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage.
- Refunds or exchanges are only offered for goods purchased directly from this Website via our online store and not goods purchased from FAIRLEY stockists.
- Any purchase made with Afterpay is non-refundable; instead you will receive a credit note to the value of your order. Afterpay is a seperate entity.
- If you receive a gift with purchase, it must be returned with your returned item(s). Failure to do so will result in the RRP of the specific gift being deducted from your refund or credit.
International Orders
For all international returns, please specify on the courier company's consignment that the contents are “RETURNED GOODS” so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again and please post all returns to:
